Ride mag routes. Help please.

I am having a problem opening seven routes I download from Ride mag in Mapsource. www.ride.co.uk. The files are GPX "JUNE12 Millau" numbers 1 to 7. Keep getting "not a valid mapsource file". I have searched the tinternet but the only info I can find may as well be in Chinese. The only thing I gleaned was that GPX files can be very funny things. I've updated mapsource and am running Windows 7. I've also contacted Garmin support by email but not sure if or when I will get any useful info. Any help would be very much appriciated......F

Downloaded routes 1 to 3, they all opened OK in Mapsource once I'd unzipped them

have you just dropped the files into mapsource? if so, you might have more luck by using the Import command in the menu
