Regarding the chat about sportsbikes, just seen on facebook a mate with a Gixxer Thou K5, nabbed today by an unmarked Imprezza on the A3M at 98.5MPH average recorded, he missed a court appearance by the skin of his teeth as he passed the roadside attitude test. Proof that the GS is the sensible option.

A GS will still do banning speeds quite easily. Best to just not use a road with A at the beginning and M as the end I find.

Not much chance of a tug on most of the roads we did today. Thankfully.

To be fair, most of them weren't even B roads.

While the sports bike brigade tootle along at not much over the speed limit or stuck behind cars on the A272/A32 just a stones throw away.
