I'm going for a ride out with a mate on a Transalp (lovely bike, I know, as I have one I use daily) where was I Oh yes. I am meeting him about 1045 in Whitchurch and will be going up to Brecon and beyond Via Tal-y-bont Reservoir (slimbo's fav road), so can meet up along the way. Going up as far as Llyn Brianne Reservoir and LLandovery cafe all subject to time of course but want to be back at 1500-1600 ish.

can we meet on a470, say at the taffs well overbridge, there is a nice parking area there....er, a bus stop!
I imagine 11.00 would fit in with your timescales??

Ok then all those who are sitting on the fence waiting to see of the weather is fine it will be as I have booked it We will departing from where russ996duke mentioned in the above post at the above mentioned time, leaving no later than 1115, as I have to pick Phil the fireman up, and we all know their always fecking late So come on, the route will be about 3 hours long + food and drink stops May see ewe there then

We had an excellent day out in them thar hills, weather great and the roads fairly empty. Here are a few shots of Llyn-Brianne Got to do it all again Sunday aswell
