Rukka will do you made to measure. They also do very large sizes, but it would be special order from the factory.

And there's a company in Bedfordshire ( was it Flitwick?) who also do made to measure fabric suits.

Try sending a PM to Bushboy (Casey).

He can't be too far off your height...worth a go ;)

In no order:

Heine Gericke
BMW
Aerostich
Rukka
First Gear (American)
Tourmaster (American)

I am 6ft 6in and "much heavier" than you and all these fit me fine. My father is the same height and weight and he wears BMW stuff.

Also the place in Flitwick is excellent, but expensive, I drive past his door every day at the moment. - Here's their website: http://www.glfacc.demon.co.uk/

Thanks chaps I am already using the ever popular HG toureg suit but find it a bit short in the leg. I will give the other makes a try.

Tall gear - MHO

I use BWM - their tall fittings are excellent (but I'm only 6'6" and a slim(ish) 16 stone).

I bought the Tourguard jacket and it reaches right round my a*se - I can actually sit on the jacket tail. The sleeves are almost too long and make glove choice critical but it's a bloody great jacket and totally waterproof.

The trousers are Streetguard; they're so long that the lower cuff still touches the top of my foot when I crouch right down, Gandhi-stylee.

Until I got gear that fitted, I spent 20 years riding with draughts up legs, down arms etc. It's worth every penny to get gear that fits (especially when you buy it all at less than half price:D ) plus better gear does last longer.

I have a BMW Rallye jacket in the tall size, I'm a relative short arse at just over 6 foot. I guess it's tad on the long side for me, but better that than too short.

I tried the Rallye trousers in tall/long and they were much too long so they would probably fit.

Ryedales of Cardiff have a pair in Blue.

I`m the same height & weight as you :thumb2 I didn`t know BMW did tall sizes in their clothing. What is the inside leg measurement of the trousers you have? I do have long legs though, they go all the way up to my bum :D , so might still be a bit short :eek

Cheers

Lee

The slim BMW fittings (sizes 98-118) have inside legs that are 7cm - 3 inches longer - than the regular fittings for the same waist size. They are normally special order, so don't expect them to be on the rail - but can be brought in for you at no charge for you to try on.
