that's hardcore.... does it feel very cold or does your effort ridding keep you warm enough.... all i can think of looking at that is is freezing feet .. any extra clothing to keep you warm and dryish
The problem with UK snow, is that it usually comes in from the West and is therefore the wet type, rather than dry/powdery continental 'drier'type snow
Plus in Europe the temps are always below freezing, whereas ours rise to above freezing and the 'thaw' sets in
Riding in UK wet snow is cold because you get really wet and then cold
We only get European drier snow once every few years, when it comes for the East and the conditions were ace in Feb 2009 where snow fell regularly from the East, over 2 weeks and the temps were below freezing for the whole period
Keep off the road and take to the verges.................more grip
