Blue light off road club will be running their first "Riding force" off road Navigation rally on Salisbury Plains Varied Terrain in Wiltshire. the event is for Road Legal Off-road motorcycles and will be part Navigation, (by Road book ) 50 to 60 km. Dont worry if you have not used a road book before, staff will show you how to use it. there will also be an off Rd enduro style course with Special tests at variouse points, the lap will take riders around a marked lap on the Army's driver trainer area. (feet up trials tests other challenges will be set up on site for rider to have a go at.)
This event is aimed at making a fun weekend for all off road motorcycle riders, Enduro / Adventure alike, There will be the oportunity to take part in all or part of the event, if you dont fancy the navigation aspect just do the enduro laps and the tests or just the nav.:)

(see website for regs and entry details. bluelightoffroadclub.co.uk.

looks brilliant Les

I understand you also have access to areas that "seasoned" Salisbury Plain users will not have been to before.

Sounds a good weekend and fantstic for the big traillies /adventure bikes(TKC tyres minimum advised)

Yep, some of the trails we'll be using are " out of bounds" normally.
Plus we have the open driver training area at Tidworth for both days, the driver training area wil host one 3hour (should keep rider busy) motorcycle session each day.
With a bit of planning we hope to get a decent length lap plus several special tests/ challenges thown in.
It's going to be a good weekend if all goes to plan, fingers crossed for some nice weather.
Cheers
Les
