Ripped seat

Hi, all picked up my new 1200 last Wednesday. What a great ride even running in . Comes Saturday morning I swing my leg over, catch the rear seat with my boot and leave a thumbnail size rip any ideas for wonder fixes ?

Clear Silicone sealant.......gunge underneath the rip then squish it down so a little beads at the edges of the rip then wipe it carefully along the rip itself.....this should seal it down nicely and be the best fix short of getting the thing recovered at an upholsterer's.
