German mayors demand weekend B54 closure over rising motorcycle complaints

German officials are pushing for weekend restrictions on the B54 after claims of dangerous speeding and growing conflict with riders.

Clearly Policing the worst offenders is a bit of bother, and banning everyone who rides a motorcycle will be easier, the locals will be pissed when they then ban cars, then buses, then cycles and insist you need a special permit to leave your own driveway even on foot.
