They are good downloads. They mean even more as a primer for their course.
Really good course too. Andy runs it very well.
Best £50 I've spent in a while.
Simple yet fun evening class (going over the downloads plus a bit more)
Then a good day out on the bikes.

Lincolnshire do a full rider training day at Caswell park its heavily subsidised so £80 seems good value to me
