Afternoon all,

Thinking of putting in for my ROSPA test. Anyone know what kind of lead time there is from putting the form time in to when a test is available at this time of year?

Cheers in advance,
Rob :thumb2

Firstly, well done for having that thought. :thumb2
But, do you intend to do any training first ?. I ask this as i do not know your background in advanced riding.
with regard to lead in times for the test 6 weeks seems to be the normal waiting time.but it does vary from region to region. I was talking to one of the other group chairman recently and he was saying that they where having tests delaying for longer than 2 months as they are short of examiners in there area.

Steve- have done some training in the past but not managed to get to the test stage. Been advised as test ready earlier in the year.
Cheers for the thoughts.

Reply re RoSPA test

Hello

The applications are usually processed in about a week as we have a new computer booking system. You can put down suitable test dates, which is usually 4 weeks in advanced. However it can be earlier depending on when the tester contacts you.

Good Luck
