That's handy, the talks that are housed in Crawley, are now available in Hampshire............. 2 miles up the road from me.

Sounds like your joining my group - Chris is the co-ordinator and rides a fully blinged 1150GSA, Im on a 12GSA.
The meet at Otterbourne will be our first as the Hampshire group so a lot of people will be saying hello for the first time.

Didnt know there was a Hampshire Group. I Thought Southern, Thames Valley & Home Counties covered Hants, has a new group started??.

Hi Baz,
We're part of RoSPA Smart (www.rospasmart.com) who cover Hants, Kent, Surrey, West & East Sussex. All of our meetings have been based around Crawley, which was a bit of an arse to get to for 0900hrs on a Sunday morning. As there were plenty of us in the Hants area who were enthusiastic enough to get things started on our own, we got the groups blessing to have our own satellite group covering the Hants area. We will be meeting at Otterbourne Village hall and McDonalds in Petersfield, starting soon.
My own experience with the Southern RoSPA group is that they arent particulalry interested in Motorcycle training - my enquiry last year was unanswered.
I think TV RoSPA mainly meet at Reading, and recruit from the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire counties. They do sometimes meet at Loomies, which last time I checked is very much in Hampshire, and they have a bit of a sense of humour failure when that geographical slight is pointed out to them!

The Thames Valley Group used to meet at SPC for rideouts until they closed a year or so ago. We now meet at Loomies or Tescos in Winchester and we have historically recruited associates in Hampshire as well as the other Counties mentioned.
