Route plans in Excel - posting help please

I am OK at posting Garmin route files.

I have several routes in Excel files that I would like to post up for rthe benefit of other subscribers.

What do I have to convert the files to / do to them in in order to do so?

If it's to post here, just zip them up and attach the .zip file

Thanks, I couldn't get them to upload. It was the zipping I had forgotten.
