over the christmas break i tried to send a route to my garmin, i have had the unit 12 months and successfully uploaded lots of routes in the past.

this time having sent the data, managed it on the garmin, i cannot find it in the routes section or anywhere else for that matter.

does an out of date version stop working:nenau it was literally 12 months old, surely i do not have to purchase a new map download at £60 every year:(

Nope.

Try sending it again. Are you sure it definitely went?

tried and tried to re-send, the zumo says it has received it and asks to manage the data,

used it all last year including a pretty complicated route plan for a tour of euroland without any issue. finally got a response from Garmin and they are looking into it.
