What I AM saying is that I expect a jacket costing that much to last longer than 2 years or would you say I was asking to much.

Then to be told to pay a third of the price of a new jacket to replace a faulty one.....I find that unacceptable....Maybe you don't....I DO!

Yeah I agree. If they agree it's faulty then it should be repaired or replaced FOC - though I'm not surprised they used a pants bit of law to wriggle out of it.



Has anyone ever seen the terms and conditions printed anywhere for these guarantees?
