running rough after service

Just got my 2007 GS back from its 6,000 mile service and it feels much worse than when it went in!

There's a vibration through the bars and pegs that wasn't there before, from just over tickover all the way through the range.

It's particularly bad at 4,500 rpm in top, which is around 85mph, or my motorway cruising speed, sending my fingers numb.

Any ideas as the to cause before I ring up the dealer to complain? Could it be badly-balanced throttle bodies?

It was turbine-smooth before.

Badly balance throttle bodies or maybe a failing / unplugged coil pack.

Yeah, they've botched the throttle balance or maybe did it Ok but then forgot to tighten the locknut on the cable properly so it's gone out of balance.
