Rust on ABS unit 2010.. Normal

I pulled my tank off to run wires underneath the tank for fogs and Starcom and noticed that on the ABS unit that some surface rust has appeared. Is this normal given that the bike is less than one year old?

That's just the screws ..... the aluminium housing won't corrode. I'd just spray it all with ACF50 and carry on riding
