At RMT Motorcycle Training we have won a contract with the West Mercia Police Safer Roads Partnership to deliver their Take Control initiative.
The scheme is aimed at three groups.
1. Moped riders
2. Riders of 125cc who have only done a CBT
3. Riders with a full license who desire further training.
The training is heavily subsided and will cost just:
1. £25 for Moped riders (half day)
2. £50 for 125cc and full license holders (full day)
The day will begin with a briefing and riding assessment and will end with a debriefing and chat on the rider improvements and will highlight any development areas for future training. Radio kit will be provided during the training.
You are eligible for the training if you either live in Herefordshire, Worcestershire or Shropshire OR if you commute or ride through these counties on a regular basis.
The scheme will be launced in mid-March and we will be promoting it at a number of biking events.

15 April - Rider Skills Day - Redditch Fire Station
22 April - Worcester Bike Fest - County Hall Worcester
29 April - Rider Skills Day - Sutton St Nicholas Village Hall near Hereford
24 April - Shrewsbury Bike Fest - Meole Brace Park & Ride Shrewsbury
