I'll be in the area around 10am, bimbling about looking for and waypointing the easier stuff in preparation for the friday night ride from the H**R****

Any novice guinea pigs out there who fancy joining in ;)

Would love to but am up in Edinburgh seeing me sons for the weekend. Hope to catch you next time.

Yeah OK then

Just about a novice. I am going to a Stag do in bournmouth Saturday, but would enjoy a bimble across the plain in the morning. I will be on tourances so need to take it easy.

Where would you like to meet. I will be travelling from London so M3 or M4 would be OK. When I did a trip with Steptoe I met him at the Amesbury services on A303/A345.

Looks like the rain may hold off:rolleyes:

Regards,

Path.

A few miles East of those services (Countess) - take the A338 North to Tidworth.
In the centre of Tidworth is a filling station - about here

just finished one job and now gearing up for the next one finish sunday night:blast

Clive, can I come please?

I'm a novice, having only done a few days off road and always looking for more to do and build the experience. I'm comfortable of rough tracks of hard ground, rock and gravel etc not so comfortable with ruts and wet mud.

I'll check in a bit later to see if you've left a message.

Cheers

Mark (KTM 640 Adv)

Weather looks good, it will lay that dust.

Sorry Clive, I`m off to Clans to H---R------- 2008 flier and sticker some GS`s then back Sunday morning for B.M.F in Shepton Mallet

Bakes

I'll see you at Tidworth filling station - aiming to leave there around 10am

Please wait!

Pathologic was running a little late this morning so only left around 8.30. May not make it to the fuel station by 10, but shouldn't be more than about 10 mins late. If you can hang on for him that would be appreciated.

Cheers

I'd already left home when you posted this - We missed him at the filling station.

But found him again a little later :)

Clive,

Thanks for leading us around this morning, it was really good to meet with you, Steve and Patho' (sorry, forgot name).

Really enjoyed myself today and just got home after popping into my dealer's on the way home for a coffee etc.

Hope you get some takers for the "moonlight" ride in a couple of weeks time.

Cheers

Mark

PS, Hope the bike's not too expensive to repair Steve. :thumb

Have decided not to include this track for the night time ride :)
