i think so but its a personal thing, try one if you can. they take a few miles to " break in" though.

I bought one secondhand for £150. On a few short trips of 70 miles I wasn't convinced of its benefit. Then, I went to Austria and the difference over that 10 day trip was substantial. Since then, I've done another trip to Italy and confirmed this.

The other thing that helps is a set of lower footpegs - this reduces the load on your bum too as you can bear more weight through your straighter legs.

sold mine 6 months back and regretted on the next big run:blast

so i would say yes:D

In a word YES, soooo comfy!:thumb

Different arses suit different seats, try and find out which suits your arse, a sargent or a corbin.

My Corbin is great - big enough to allow you slide forward in traffic for quick responses or slide back into the comfy bum shaped area for a more relaxed riding position.

+1 , best change that I made to the bike. and makes it easier for you to get your foot down if you are short in the leg.

Sargent was no good to me... its an inch lower than the stock seat. Had a Corbin in the past and that was low too.. so had my seat remade/remodelled to suit me. 3" higher and 'flatter'.. and performed well on the trip to Slovenia. Course the big difference was price. £60!! Thankyou Mr Archer.
