Would it help if we changed the date?
I'm aware that it clashes with BHT's event on the same weekend and now Bakerman tells we it also conflicts with MotoGP.
I'm flexible and could postpone it for a week if that would help?
Always difficult to find a date that everyone can make.

As long as it IS snowing I will try and pop down,

I and another mate would almost certainly be interested -I'm certainly in need of the coaching that will be available given the track (trial) record of some tossers altho' pleased to say I didn't come last @last Sunday's Mansfield Maun do at Alport.
