Worth waiting for a used one to come up in the for sale section..
Or..
Buy a new one, keep it for a couple of years, get great use from it, resell it on here or Ebay & not loose too much ££

I already had the 660 when I bought the Gs Lc Te, but wanted the full functions on the ' handlebar control wheel' bought the Bmw Nav 5 & worth every ££ IMO.
Function, resolution & update/refresh are very noticeable, as are the amazing functions that's available when on the bike.

Good luck on your choice, but for me no going back..

Exactly the same, not sure if a Garmin 660 will fit and if it does whether you get the integrated functionality, even though it's almost identical.

I'm going to sell my BMW navigator IV, but it won't fit your bike without changing the cradle.

Yep as mentioned above Zumo 660 & BMW Nav 4 will fit in the BMW sat Nav prep cradle, but just don't work with the whizz wheel thing. Same as the Nav V will fit in a standard Zumo 660 cradle and car kit.

Nav V designed for full compatibility

Pop a wanted advert up, they do turn up if you want to save a few £

I really enjoy the features that you get with the jog wheel and the way the BMW Nav 5 works with the bike. For navigation only though I much prefer my TomTom 400 which I use when I hire a bike overseas. Much cheaper too.

Do you power the TT from the Hella power outlet? If so, what adaptor plug do you use as the TT supplied is cigarette size and I believe that it needs a certain amperage.

I have used Nav V and thought it okay, though some routes a bit odd. Useful jogwheel but never used it much.

Prefer Tomtom 400, especially 'Winding roads' and 'Plan a thrill' features. Made a plate so I could fit it to BMW cradle and plugs into power socket beside instruments. But I have used Tomtom since they first came out so am a little biased...
