Bit late now I know, but Mike Jones and i are meeting at Safeways for Go Juice at 0900 and riding up to Newcastle Emlyn for Brekkie opposite Barclays then for a mystery tour around the mountains. Either the gas station or the Cafe if you can make it.

Being a good little brownie I was in bed by 1030 Then from 0030 I spent all night and most of today trotting twenty feet twixt bed and loo. Finally got up about an hour ago, Drained to say the least
