Scala G9 Intercom Unit....

Hi Guys,

I've just replaced the dead battery on my G9 Intercom unit & when I dismantled the unit a small piece of rubber dropped out.

Now I can not find where in the unit it fits, so has anyone any ideas where it belongs?

A picture or a diagram would be of great help please.

What shape is the rubber? Just opened my G9 up to have a look(I replaced batteries last year myself)

There is a small rectangular rubber piece that seems to line up with the micro USB socket.

The other bits that fell out are the broken plastic towers that the self tappers screw into.

Yes its a very small rectangular piece of rubber I need to find a home for. I see yours lines up with the USB socket.

I emailed Cardo Systems weeks ago asking for their help but no reply....

Formed rubber piece-Where does if do?

Hi Mark,

The rubber you identified in you picture is in place on my G9.

Here are a few pictures of the formed rubber piece I'm scratching my head over.

It's about 10mm x 3mm x 2mm.

Any thoughts?
