Hi, has anyone had any experience with Scala headsets? Any quality issues etc.......

2 x Rider Q2's for 2 years, rain or shine no problems at all - used all year round. Tip - best to put a bit of silicon on the plug protecting the power socket to keep water out:)

Had mine about 3 years no problems so far been out in the rain sleet and snow :thumb
The only downside is i keep leaving it turned on :blast

been using the Scala Team Set for about 2 years now. No problems, come rain or shine. The audio when listening to music over bluetooth is a bit naff. but as an intercome, phone, sat-nav headset. They are very good.:thumb

BTW, i have just purchased the new Scala Rider G4 Powerset. :bounce1

I brought a Q2 at the same time as buying my Zumo 550. The zumo is great. The Scala sits awkwardly on my Arai and the volume is crap, and the mp3 from the zumo sounds tinny and nasty. The only time you can use the phone is sub 40 mph. Apparently the G4 is much improved, but the Q2 is a waste of money in my book.

Hope this helps.

Ta very much. :thumb Sounds like the G4 then!

Benny at Wymondham (Motorcycle Clothing Centre) has the range in stock. Looked at them today - seems the way to go for us too.
