Schuberth C2 problem

Hi

I usually wear a Schuberth C2 (14mts old) for everyday riding and it has proved to be a very good helmet up untill last night, on leaving the gym last evening I couldnt flip the front of the helmet open, after much swearing and stress I gave up and rode home "sans helmet" bloody cold it was too!!

On inspection when I got home it appears that one side of the latching system dos'nt operate at all.

Has anybody any experience of Schuberth after sales service?

Do they need retuning to the factory for repair?

Does it take long?

If it takes a couple of weeks I might as well buy another helmet in the meantime as my mx helmet is a bit chilly in this weather!

Schuberth C2

Hi Shep, I had to have my C2 repaired when it wouldn't flip up so I could take it off. I had to send it back to the dealer I bought it from,who then sent it back to the Importer for repair. It took about two and a half weeks till I got it back.
