Schuberth C3 sun visor problem

The sun visor in my Schuberth seems to be misbehaving, the slider on the side makes it go down, but will not make it go up. The only way of getting it to go up is to gently push it up.

Anyone had the same problem and discovered how to fix it please?

Had just about every other type of problem with my C3, but not this one (yet).
The importers/agents for Schuberth are now TranAm (use to be Oxford Products). These may be your first port of call.

I think the fact that oxprod stopped being the official importer gives a clue about the quality now a days

Hi, when the same thing happened on my S1 it was caused by the sun visor not being seated properly. If you ever take it out for cleaning you will see how it fits, if you carefully push each side of the sun visor back you will possibly hear it click back into place.
