Bought new from Sportsbikeshop in a brief moment of financial optimism (it was even wife-approved — which, in hindsight, should’ve been the first red flag).
Currently £399.99 if you can find one — but only in XL, presumably for people whose head has its own postcode.
This one’s a Large, worn just three times and never in anger. It’s spent more time in the house than I have, and comes in genuinely like new condition — still has that new helmet smell (probably).
The Schuberth C5 is known for being one of the safest and quietest flip-front lids out there — top-quality kit for serious riders or anyone who’s ever muttered, “what?” more than twice at the lights.
Flip-up front makes you feel like Robocop at a village fete. Comes with original box, bits, bobs, and none of the regret — I just didn’t get on with it.
No scratches, no scuffs, no “it’s only cosmetic” disclaimers.
£250 takes it.
Can post, or collect from North Oxfordshire — tea provided, opinions optional.

Schuberth are synonymous with safety and a long life — although let’s be honest, once you’ve been married for 25 years, both start to feel a bit over-rated.
