What do other people do with the boom on a schuberth? [/B]

I routed mine so that it is held in by the helmet's fastening strap. This means that when you undo the helmet the boom loosens enough for you to take the helmet off without poking it up your nose, but the boom is held firmly when the helmet is on.

I had the opposite problem with my phone. They just wouldn't believe that I was on the motorway and didn't want to have a long chat!

Sounds like a bit of adjustment is all you need.
