I picked up a good cheap Schuberth J1 off fleabay, only to find it's a little loose. I believe they have different shell sizes and different inserts to change the fitting. Is this correct? The helmet I bought is a 56/57 so would I be able to get the correct size by buying inserts for a size 54/55?

I saw those and the helmet inner thing (like a collar) and was actually wondering if the shell size was the same and the only difference was the removable inners. If that's the case, I'll order the two items and make the 56-57 I have, (which is loose) into a 54-55 which is what my old C3 is and is very comfortable albeit past it's use by date. The other way to make it snugger is a balaclava under it but not something I'd want to use if it gets warmer.
What is that "helmet inner thing"? Could you post a link or pic please?
