Screen Surgery

I use a Sedcem Screen in my eleven. Arguibly, the best screen ever made for this bike. However, it restrict the steering. Lock to lock is less than the original because of the width.
I would like to chop part of the sides.
But, with my dislextics hands I'm afraid to do a mess of a nice screen. Any sugestions, please?
Including profesional help in the South East if you know of a suitable place ?
