does anyone have experiance of mra vario screens it is to fit a 1100gs
ta g.s.john

I've tried a few different screens on my 1150, and the MRA Vario is by far the best (IMHO). A lot of ajustment and no buffeting although I still have to wear ear plugs...it is a motorcycle after all!

Before the 1150 I had an 1100 and found the standard 1150 screen better than the standard 1100 screen and the MRA far better than the standard etc 1150.

Best mod I can done so far!...Transforms the ride and alot less buffetting to the point its almost still. Works a treat in the rain you wont regret it!...

I bought a tinted one from jaws on this site :thumb2

mines on a 1150, but its a lot better than standard

I ordered one from jaws... should be here on tuesday. the screen plus dhl is almost £15 cheaper from him... than the price of the screen alone from the usual suspects.

I found his ad in the 'vendors of inovation' section and got his phone number from his website link.

btw... he has sold out of 1100 screens but said he would be geting more in on friday... both clear and grey smoke.

seems that the vario for the 1100 sell faster than for any other model. (no surprise there)

I have had my Vario fitted for about two weeks on my 1100, it appears to move around a lot more than the standard one but keeps a lot of the wind pressure off, my helmet is still noisy at motorway speeds but I can ride visor open a lot more now, on balance I do not regret fitting it, though I may make some rubber spacers to firm up the mounting points.Jaws are good to deal with:thumb2
