Screw mounting Laminar Lip

Anyone with experience of mounting a Lip on a GSA screen using bolts, screws and washers? I want to mount my Lip this way but would appreciate knowing what size bolt people opted for, drill size, where they got them from etc and anytips for getting the drill holes in the right place without ruining the screen. I will want to take the Lip off in the Summer and mount in the winter.

I drilled and bolted mine after it fell off at a set of traffic lights...

Once I'd stuck it back in position I drilled through the centre of each mounting pad and used M6 stainless steel cap bolts,washers and dome headed nuts. I trimmed the bolts to the correct length for the depth of screen and lip so that I could fit the dome headed nuts, I think it looks neater and there are no sharp edges inside the screen.

I never bother taking it off....

I asked Heroblobs who I had bought a previous lip from and he's sending me the bolts etc foc. Did you drill through the lip and OEM screen together having used the 3M locks for positioning?Fast or slow drill speed?
