Any mechanic who works on cars or trucks should be able to do it......a bearing puller is useful but not necessary....all you really need is a heat source and some decent levers.

Try giving Motoventura a ring in Osorno (0056 642 249127/24/23 / 0056 9 98298077), they may have contact with the local mechanics there. If well and truly stuck there might be a ferry just up the road that will take you to Puerto Montt and then a short haul in the back of a truck to Osorno. At least you're in Coyhaique, not too bad a place.

Last time I was there I heard some of the staff speaking German, so you might get by without any Espanol (I could be wrong on that last bit).
