hi folks
I have seen several gs/gsa bikes with sheepskins attached to their saddles what is the reason
for this ?

Had one for years, well since 2004. Find it very comfy on longer trips (used a lot by Iron Butt Rally riders) also warm when weather cold, cool on hot days no sweaty bum:eek:. Dries quickly if wet and just wash with hand soap if dirty. Got mine from Alaska Leather. Bit pricey but very dense wool and durable. Some others are a lot cheaper but wool bit thin and guess you get what you pay for..:thumb2

I have a set on the Bike by easirider which are fitted to the bike. They are very good. More comfort, warm when cold, cool when warm and as it is natural rather than synthetic, does not give you a sweaty arse (the reason why most riders fit one). Also, and usefully keeps the saddle looking like new - helped with my recent sale of the TC.
