Hi One and all

Would you be able to advise me where i can get a r100gs pd seat reshaped and covered again with decent results idealy not too far away.
any suggestions would be greatfully recived .
many thanks Adam

I know he's a long way from you but I and I'm sure a good few others on here have used Tony Archer - 01484536832. He's in Huddersfield but I know he does business by post. I can vouch for his workmanship and his prices are very reasonable. IIRC he charged me about £60 to recover the seat on my old TDM900 including new foam to raise the riding height up about 35mm, he used a high friction leather for the pillion too to stop beloved sliding about. Dick Dastardly has just had his 1100 done and is very happy with the job.

Worth a call if you can't find anyone locally.

Send a PM to Roger Chatterton (the Roger from Cambridge!) on this parish as he recently mentioned someone in the Cambridge area that he had used who seemed very reasonable.

cheers

Many thanks i have pmd roger and shall call the guy at huddersfield tomorrow, once again thanks to those for their time
regards Adam

Did you get it done????
I've had several bike seats recovered & shaped by Williams Upholstery, West Runton (Near Sheringham).
Jason is a biker, so know's what he's about. He reshaped my GS seat, so that I can reach the floor.

Anyone else used Melvyn Hunter of Motorbike Seats at Coventry; after the weekend away in France i'm seriously thinking of having my 1200GS done with the Gelastic seat pads, works out about £230 all in with coloured piping to match the bike?
