Seat swap - Adventure and regular GS

It's no good - the Adventure is brilliant, the rider's seat is fine, but the pillion seat is crap! Looking at replacements seems pretty expensive (even Melvyn's mods), so I'm wondering if there's anyone in the South East who's been thinking of a seat swap? Several people seem to have done it successfully, so it may be worth a try. I have both the regular grey/red seat or a low black one that could be used - would like to swap with a black seat combo please.
Anyone contemplating this the other way and would like a funky new Adventure seat?
