seats again

lokking at a set of sargent seats for the bike , they are advertised as for a gs t/c with a low front and standard rear .now my question is if the front seat
( low version ) is for a gs will this be too low for the gsa that I have . also do these low seats have the adjustment facility of the standard height seats .
need to know as I am winning the bidding so don't want to be lumbered with a unsuitable seat .

Hi Rovert57,

If you want to make a quick trip through the Wallasey tunnel, you can try my standard height Sargent seats for the LC. They are not on the bike at the moment as I find them a bit tall for me.

I thought that the seats for the lc would'nt fit the air cooled tc version .

I didn't read your post properly!
No, they won't fit. FWIIW, I used to have a t/c and had sargent seats on that one as well. The standard height seats were fine for me (5ft 10) on the t/c so when I got the LC, I thought it would be the same but find that on the LC, they seem to be just a wee bit higher so now I'm using the low version of the comfit seats.

I've got the low Sargent seat on my TC. Very pleased with it. As far as I know they fit both GS and GSA. I bought mine on the forum and there was no mention of any difference.
Depends on yer bum though. Some prefer other makes.
