:JBGave the GSA a bit or a hand full today in second and much to my delight up it came,no clutch, nothing just a nice lift off the throttle to around the balance point then down nice and steady,I honestly had no idea they could do that!,surprised and delighted:bounce1

One step at a time!,this was going to be my sensible bike:pullface,

sensible PAH.....

The only 'sensible' thing that is GS is Obi Wan Kenobi and his fat whinging mate doing wonders for the sales figures by doing 'trips' on them.....

They are hooligan tools disguised at fat bald tossers bikes..... :augie

shhhhhhhhhhh, don't let the missus know!,she thinks i'm growing up

Oh they wheelie alright. I had an 09 reg demo bike (non adventure) and once I'd figured out how to turn the traction control off, it was up a lot.

On my 1200gs last night (with missus on the back) I overtook 2 dawdling tin boxes.

2nd gear, wheelie. 3rd gear, wheelie. Not high, but enough to earn me a punch to the kidneys :JB

As for the flying/take off comment, I'm going to try it on the bi-plane soon. The ZZR flew OK too......

Just had a nice 200 mile day around wales today and at times with the sun behind me I could not see the speedo because of the glare in the glass, not good

It seems you have found the answer to your problem.
