Selling my Varios. What to do with the cylinders.

I am selling my Varios, and I have a buyer. But I don't know what do to with my coded locks. I don't know how to remove the cylinders to decode them. Can you help? Thank you

I would just send the panniers with the lids open / unlocked, that way the new buyer can either take them to a dealers to have the code plates re-arranged to suit his key, he may even be able to do them himself if he can get hold of the plates. (Not that hard once you know how)

actually, I've found how to remove the locks since, and I have decoded the cylinders. Everything's fine, now.
