Sena help

There's three of us that are linked on our sena, but one of them won't link all of a sudden, he can hear us but we can't hear him he did complete a firmware upgrade the other day which I think might have caused it but what's weird is if I put my unit on his helmet it all works ok!! Any ideas! Oh by the way myself and my other mate did not do the upgrade and ours are fine.

check for loose or broken pins on the unit. Had a similar problem with mine.
Was sorted under guarantee.

Thanks brummie but if there was any broken pins my unit wouldn't work on his helmet that's what I can't understand I think his is out of warranty now as well.

It's the removable part of the unit that has the pins. So your unit would work.
