Simon, you've been to these nights before, so where does such an unrealistic expectation come from?
At best there's the sound of steak being chewed vigorously and the usual bollox about nothing in particular.
lower your sights Simon, otherwise you are setting yourself up for an evening of disappointment. Good food but disappointment.
