I have a repair manual now on DVD that link is for the riders handbook dodah
If anyone wants a copy of the repair manual DVD giz a pm and I will copy you one off - I will not charge either but yer can make a donation if yer want to cover postage + DVD and time !!

Well Mick I couldn't resist it. Following the repair manual you sent I've replaced the front fork springs and rear shock spring with progressive hyper pro stuff with hyper pro heavier fork oil.... Glad I did (although getting the shock spring off was interesting!) vid comparison here for anyone interested in upgrading.
