servicing and general work

As im fairly new to East Anglia, where does everyone get their servicing done?

My F8GS is coming up to needing its first service, i have been quoted 120 quid by Lind Norwich and a place in Cardiff this seems fairly reasonable? Obviously it needs to be a BMW dealer to keep the warranty up.

I also want a Scottoiler fitted but Lind say they cant do it because if i fall off due to it leaking it would be their fault

I get my servicing done at Lind for the warranty and I've always found them to be really helpful.
Anything else I get done at London Road Inc in Lowestoft. I've mentioned thjem before I know, but they're really good people, and totally independent.
Wayne at LRI does the servicing on the managements ninja 6 and Kawasaki recognise his qualifications so it maintains the warranty even tho they're not a dealership.

Got a great diner too, not to mention they are a Rukka dealer amongst other brands, so theres lots to do while they're working on ya chariot.

If ya fancy a ride up this w/e I'll meet you and show you where it is....

Thanks Argee, but from about 4 o clock tomorrow i will be bladdered and i intend to stay that way til about mid sunday. so riding this weekend might not be the best idea.

I just read your PM about the handlebar crossbar though, so i might pop up/down to get it next week sometime though if you still want rid of it?

Cannon BMW Braintree, seem fair enough for me, Close to Essex Suffok Borders....

Bought my bike from them and they fitted the scottoiler

Indeed, IIRC KRF were set up when the original Lind BMW closed down.
