Setting spots for MOT .

I have piaa on the bottom of the bar with seperate switch and 510 on top , Will they get past MOT if the 510 come on with dipped headlight and stay on when on full beam , For some reason things have changed round abit since trying to HID the 1100

I just disconnected the lights, passed the test, rode home and reconnected again.

they don't test the added extra lights both times i've been to Coleraine MOT centre

Put a black sock over each light and ziptie it on.
In UK, if the light lens is visible, the light must work.

The rules same very flexiable , Here in Ards they are pretty tough on bikes .Thankyou all.

Did my MOT last week and they only tested the throw and direction of main head lights and made sure that the AUX driving/fog lights were on seperate switch. HTH's
He was quite keen too! As he had just been pulled by the Feds for being to lax

Got a switch from NN ,Had a good look over the wiring before starting , Easy enough to follow instructions ,right wires easy to find , It works . Just had to fix the led lite , drilled a 9mm hole beside the led for alarm ,looks neat and tidy .I now have any combination of lights i need or want and they are all switched .
