Got a 6000 mile service coming up on a 04.

How much approx should it cost me from a BMW dealer? And is there anything I should look out for?

Make sure they have done what they charged you for. and also ask for all the used bits.

Don't get too excited you could be looking at the wrong side of £300 if they do the valve clearances.

Best ask the dealer first........Not so much of a shock that way.

Mine was £260. They did the MOT at the same time, and failed the steering head bearings, and only after pressure fixed it under warranty. As they admitted it was covered under warranty they even paid for my re-MOT, again after pressure!!

I brought the bike from a different dealer but was going to go to Vines of Guilford as its closer has anyone taken there bike there for a service and what did you think?

I know there’s a section for dealers somewhere on here so apologies if this is in the wrong place
