At 70 to 75 mph my handlebars on my 08' R1200GS are shaking like crazy. (Below 70 the bike seems fine.) So far the dealer has replaced the rear wheel (which was out of round), rebalanced the front wheel and adjusted the throttle bodies (which were out of sync). I have exchanged the standard windscreen for the adventure windscreen. I have tried both screens at every imaginable position from all the way up to all the way down. I've owned an 05' GS so I am familiar with wind buffeting. This is different. Any ideas?

Couple of things to check:

1. Forkclamps
2. If you have crashbars - check torque on bolts

Could be a myriad of things

Too much weight on back (overloaded top box)
head bearings incorrectly adjusted
wheel alignment
fork alignment
duff suspension unit
all the other stuff mentioned...
bottom line it should not do it so don't let them fob you off with any excuses

Do you mean weaving or vibrating?

Weaving will be "chassis" problems (see posts above).

If it's vibration and disappears if you keep the speed and disengage the clutch and let the revs drop, it'll be engine generated.
Check the engine mounting bolts are torqued up correctly.
If still vibrating there's an inbalance somewhere. Either in engine parts (not going to be easy to find), or size of "bangs" either side (valve clearances, TBs, injection, spark (coils/plugs) etc).

Good luck...........

Thanks, Spout. It's vibration and I should have thought of getting the bike up to speed, disengaging the clutch and letting the revs drop. I'll try that today.
