I've recently got myself an Evoline 3 for the full face / jet helmet options.

I also have a Shoei Neotec with a Sena SMH - 10 unit - I have the "bolt on" clamp to fit the baseplate to the Shoei.

Do any of you good people have experience in fitting a SMH - 10 to an Evoline 3? I'm reluctant to yark everything out of the Neotec to try it and then reinstall it if it don't work.

Sena have a range of options for the SMH - 10 mounts - I was thinking of the standard mount with the boom mounted on the baseplate but perhaps the wired mike option may be better in this installation?

Any advice or comments gratefully received:thumb2

I put my SMH10 into my Evoline 3 last week. Easy peasy. I havent bothered securing the speaker wires, just stuffed/trapped them under whatever was handy. The clamp and plate went straight on, and the boom mike reaches under fine when you have the chinbar down. I actually cut a slit in the lining/skirt to feed the wires/ speakers through on my Evoline2, but haven't bothered this time, as I plan to get a Sena 20s, so I'll wait and see what is required. The 'velcro' effect on the back of the speakers doesn't get a particularly good grip, so I would possibly put some self adhesive velcro on the back, at the moment I can get my fingers up and juggle the speakers, thus ensuring they are in the right place relative to my lugs....which makes a huge difference to the sound....
