Sorry about this one folks, there was something amiss when I imported the video from the SD card. All the contrast was knackered, so this was the best I could salvage.
Have to do it again now!
Wouldn't have bothered posting such poor quality, if it hadn't been for the surprise clip in the middle. see now you'll have to suffer it to see what it is!
