I used to have a city bag which wifey modified to fit. It was brilliant because I don't want a massive tank bag, but it's no longer made (boo hiss)
So, what options are there for a smallish bag that won't get in the way.
the 1150 bags I've seen all seem to sit so far back down the tank that they'd be in the way of my love tank
Let me see yours and what model/size please.

I've a red Bagster/Baglux that will fit - I'll take a picture tonight and post it here.

Best way I can describe it is an Alpha bag without the expansion option. Has the usual Bagster fixings, a waterproof cover and clear map pocket on top.

Not the best photo but you get the idea. This is an Alpha bag fitted to a standard GS tank. Fairly unobtrusive and handy for storing essentials. My only gripe would be that the map case is too small for a folded OS map - a ringbound A5 map works well. That luggage setup was (just) enough for a 2 up 10 day tour of Scotland earlier this year.
