Side stand keep getting lose

Some time ago I noticed the 2 bolts connecting side sand to the frame got lose, so I thightened them, then after 2 days side stand lose again. So I have tightened them more...to make long story short, those bolts dont stay tight.

Anyone came across of this? Should I use Loctite or is there other trick?

In addition to this question,does your side stand flip up by itself or stay put until nudged?When i first got the bike it would stay put now it wont.

If you buy new bolts from BMW they come impregnated with the thread locking compound - I replaced one of mine as it had a hex-head bolt fitted when I bought it.
